These terms cover your use of Sunday80s and any order you place. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. We have tried to keep them plain.

What we make

Sunday80s makes personalized art prints from the photograph and details you provide. Each print is made to order. Because the studio previews your print as you build it, what you see before you order is a close representation — small differences in color and cropping can occur between a screen and a physical print.

Your photograph and content

• You keep ownership of the photographs and words you upload. Nothing here transfers your rights to us.
• You confirm you have the right to use what you upload — that it is your photograph, or that you have permission to have it printed — and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
• You grant us a limited licence to reproduce, adapt for layout, and print your content solely to produce and deliver your order. We do not use it for anything else.
• The template designs, layouts, typefaces, marks, and site itself are ours or our licensors’. Buying a print does not transfer them to you.

Acceptable use

Please don’t upload content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes someone else’s rights, and don’t misuse the site or try to break it. We may decline or cancel an order that breaks these terms.

Orders, proofs, and pricing

• Placing an order records your request. We aim to send a proof to your email before anything is printed.
• Prices are shown in the studio and at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors before an order is produced.
• Payment. No payment provider is currently connected to this site, so placing an order does not charge you. When payments are added, the charge and refund terms shown at checkout will apply.

Returns

Because every print is personalized and made to order, it generally can’t be resold and so is not returnable for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you approved on the proof, tell us and we will reprint or make it right.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause, or withdraw parts of the site, our templates, or pricing. We will try not to disrupt an order already placed.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our liability for any claim connected to the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute connected to these terms or an order will be handled exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you agree to that venue.
